Establishing service and supply of water shall be rendered only after:

• Submitting a completed and signed Application
• Submitting a completed and signed Water Use Questionnaire
• Allow one business day for processing
• Acceptance of the application by the water company

To update information on an existing account, please provide the new information on the appropriate form from below, sign it and check the "Update" box in the upper right-hand corner and send to us.
